Nanatsuboshi rice, grown and produced in Furano, is used in all the Japanese food served in the hotel.

Western food

All the bread served in the hotel is made in our kitchen. Fresh local eggs are served for breakfast, with bacon, salad, ham and other fresh ingredients.

Home Made Curry

Japanese Curry is famous in and around Furano, and here at NATURAL DINING we are proud to have a variety of curry dishes to serve our guests.

This photograph is of the chef's recommended Hokkaido Venison Cutlet Curry.

There is also Home-made Beef Curry and Fried Egg Curry. The local speciality, Furano Omu-Curry, is also served at NATURAL DINING. 

Natulux Dinner

Ingredients grown and produced in Furano are used in all items on our menu.

Onions, asparagus, tomatoes and other materials are purchased directly from farmers.

Chef'ｓ　Dinner

The contents of Furano dinner are soup, appetizer with vegetables, pork made in Kamifurano, dessert, coffee or tea.
