12/03/2011 - Earthquake and Tsunami aftermath

In the afternoon of March 11th, 2011, a massive earthquake was reported out at sea in the northeastern part of Japan. A series of large Tsunamis followed rapidly, causing considerable damage and loss of life to the eastern coastal towns and communities of Honshu, Japan.

 Hokkaido's southern coast was effected, but not as greatly as other parts of the country. Here at the Natulux, we are completely safe, and can only watch as things unfold and hope our friends and relatives in other parts of Japan are safe. Our thoughts and hearts go out to all those in distress at this time.
